it's about speedtraps - apparently you can check out almost every state. I think this is cool, because I don't see it as something to help speeders avoid the police, I see it as a helpful tool FOR the police, because if someone BELEIVES that a speedtrap exists at a specific place, they are less likely to speed there, regardless of whether or not a speedtrap actually does exist in said location.
